This position will only suit a focused and motivated pre sales technician who can prove a strong technical background of Android Mobile Computers, wireless technologies,   barcode readers and barcode printing technologies. Android Enterprise Expert certification is highly welcome.


Principal accountabilities
  • Assist in the sale of all Honeywell Productivity Solution services to meet customers’ individual needs.
  • Establish strong relationships with customers and partners to be recognized as the “trusted technical advisor”.
  • Ability to select from the Honeywell Productivity Solutions products and services portfolio the full solution that best fits the customer needs
  • Manage Projects and support pilot installations, coordinating installation activities with various internal and external support groups, addressing and elevating any technical issues promptly
  • Ensure that your assigned sales representatives understand the features and function set of each Honeywell Productivity product and solution
  • Develop training plans in according with the Solution Architect Manager, to ensure that all assigned partners have the right knowledge to propose and support the Honeywell Productivity Products portfolio
  • Develop in according with the Solution Architect Manager a plan to propose and promote Honeywell Software Solutions
  • Keep the CRM system up to date with all presales related activities. Take responsibility for the data integrity in the system.
  • Be able to report weekly performance to the Solution Architect Manager with focus on specific issues and customers needs that could negatively impact the sales goals achievement. Furthermore, project progress, pilot status, at all times, understands the ‘health’ of the business being managed.
  • Bachelors Degree, preferably in Computer Science or a technology-related discipline
  • 5 years professional experience required, including 3 years in customer-related pre- or post-sales support activities among with analyzing customer business needs
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal and written
  • English – Fluent, Polish and Ukrainian  -upper-intermediate
  • Strong pre-sales management skills including thorough knowledge of the sales process.
  • Knowledge about network connectivity, WiFi, 802.1x, Certificates - must
  • Android Mobile Computer knowledge - must
  • Experience with EMM systems like SOTI Mobicontrol, Workspace One, Intune, Mobil Iron - nice
  • Basic Software development skills
  • Strong presentation and project management skills
  • The ability to adapt to changing schedules and customer requirements
  • Strong initiative to be fully engaged in the sales process
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strong customer relationships
  • In-depth knowledge of Honeywell and competitor platforms, products and technologies
  • Experience in technical writing and preparation of proposals
