As a senior, hands-on, leader in Software Engineering, you will combine your years of proven expertise with a never-ending quest to create innovative technology in an organization with a vision of delivering high-quality software in a predictable, repeatable, and sustainable manner. You'll lead a highly inspired and inquisitive team of technologists who are already developing and deploying applications to the highest standards.

With your deep knowledge of design, analytics, development, and coding on the Salesforce/Force.com platform, your team will raise their game even more, meeting the business performance and quality standards, as well as satisfying functional requirements.

Your experience in SaaS development, the Salesforce/Force.com platform and technology domain, and continuous development paradigm will help solve complex and mission critical problems, internally and externally. Principal Responsibilities
Lead the team by establishing direction, motivating members, creating an atmosphere of trust, and leveraging diverse views to implement the organizational vision and meet customer satisfaction goals.

Deliver on-time, full scope, high-quality product releases in a predictable, repeatable, and sustainable manner on the Salesforce/Force.com platform Drive Agile maturity and standardization across the development organization leading to improvements in system performance, development velocity, defect prevention, automation and overall effectiveness in supporting the SDLC.

Provide guidance on developing applications on the Salesforce/Force.com platform in areas of solution design, efficient and effective development, CI/CD, system performance, and application packaging/installing/upgrading Leverage acumen to understand business problems and trends while developing and delivering core Salesforce/Force.com solutions anchored in a strong understanding of the overall Salesforce ecosystem .

Manage business expectations and scope throughout the project lifecycle by consistently communicating clearly and leading stakeholder meetings as necessary Partners with product management, QE, SaaS operations, and program management to ensure that all activities occur in a timely fashion and to the level of quality demanded by the business requirements Negotiates, leverages and manages internal and external/onshore and offshore resources to deliver excellence efficiently and with a cost-effective model.

Establishes work plan and staffing for project, and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel to meet target dates and milestones Trains, manages, and mentors team for individual and company success Performs other duties as assigned
Working closely with R&D Managers, Project Managers and Business Analysts to produce accurate delivery estimates and manage the transition from analysis through to design and delivery.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 2+ years of experience in developing ISV and enterprise level applications on Salesforce/ Force.com platform for the Salesforce App Exchange
  • 5+ years of experience developing SaaS based applications
  • 5+ years of scrum master, Agile experience,
  • 5+ years of experience in working with and managing software development teams

WE VALUE

  • • Salesforce Technical Architect certification a plus
  • • Knowledge of frameworks like React a definite plus.
  • • Proven experience in, and passion for, leading teams, mentoring staff, and driving organizational change
  • • Proven record for problem resolution and successful completion of complex projects on time
