You will manage process area connections across AFS’ complex ecosystem of interdependent systems and overall operating model. FBS works to ensure that AFS people, processes, procedures, and technology remain Fit for Federal. The team develops and executes strategies for high-impact use of new, disruptive technologies to improve enterprise innovation, automation, efficiency, and insights.

The work:

+ Ensure the people, process and technology solution remains Fit for Federal

+ Lead continuous improvement opportunities and support business case development for enhancements as process re-engineer

+ Review all master data and configuration changes to retain business continuity in system/process

+ Complete regression testing for financial reports with relation to system upgrades and business changes

+ Contribute to business involvement and ensure functional integrity for all releases

+ Drive resolution of escalated defects and Root Cause Analysis

+ Provide content knowledge for cross-business functional training

+ Complete product testing for financial reports

+ Support reporting component of monthly close process with AFS Finance stakeholders

Here's what you need:

+ U.S. Citizenship

+ Exposure to/knowledge of one or more of the following: Record to Report, Sales to Cash, Requisition to Pay, Forecasting, Budgeting & Pricing, and Time and Expense

+ Exposure to/knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Government Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), Sarbanes-Oxley, and/or Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)

+ Exposure to/knowledge of Financial reporting

+ Proficient in MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

+ Good time management and organizational skills

+ Proven ability to work creatively and independently in a problem-solving environment

+ Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment

+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration

+ Exposure to Audit Documentation Requirements

+ Exposure to Agile processes (User story development, product testing)

+ Ability to lead small defined initiative, effort, processes, etc.

+ Experience with Deltek Costpoint, TM1, CER and/or QlikView

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
