Honeywell Building Technologies is looking for Demand Generation Leader who can join our expanding sales team.

Central and Eastern Europe and Russia (CEER), represents an integrated organization with well-defined accountability and strategy to increase Honeywell’s customer and partner base, leading ultimately to fast growth of revenues and operating income in 20 counties in CEE region, from Baltic countries in the North to Greece in the South and additionally Russia and Customs Union. 


Job summary / Key responsibilities:

HBT Demand Generation Leader CEER will be responsible for the following operations in CEE and Russia: - Creating demand (specifications) for one HBT portfolio across the region working with end users and designers 

  • Ensuring optimal value proposition for the customer when choosing Honeywell solutions 
  • Working with Key Accounts 
  • Involved in NPI launches to create market pull effect (specification of new USP’s) - Co-ordination of Demand Generation teams in GBE’s in HBT CEER
Together with Product Management and Customer Marketing will prepare / update the list of Unique Selling Points (USP’s) that will be specified to ensure the added value for the customers. 

The key challenge of the role is to drive double digit profitable organic growth of HBT in CEER region by creating market pull effect, ensuring effective launch of NPI’s and driving new initiatives, eg. digitalization. This position works within Honeywell Building Technologies, part of the CEER HGR region. 

  • Min. 5 years experience in demand generation role in CEER, with good understanding of end users and specifiers CONSTRUCTION industry (HVAC products, BMS products)
  • Proven record of winning projects quoted above $1M 
  • Bachelor’s Degree, MBA degree preferred 
  • Consultative selling experience 
  • Experience of working in multiple vertical markets and matrix organizations Knowledge
  • CEER market knowledge (construction market, industrial sector, SaaS for buildings) 
  • Solid understanding of customer financials and the ability to build business case investments 
  • Good knowledge of P&L, sales and project KPI’s 
  • Understanding of the IoT revolution, cloud application services, Business Intelligence and Big Data 
  • English is a must + Polish/ Romanian/ Hungarian
