We have an opportunity for a Web Support Specialist to join our CORP team in Bucharest. In this role you will be supporting MyAerospace portal users that can be either internal and external clients. This role will be communicating directly with customers and leveraging internal teams and resources to offer first level support.


  • Initial point of contact for intake of all Aerospace Customer Portal issues
  • Own SFDC issue queue for all portal issues
  • Performs customer triage and manages issues thru entire lifecycle thru resolution
  • Resolves issues if within this person’s span of control
  • Engage any required 3rd parties, groups, or individuals as needed to resolve issues.
  • Manages communications with end-user/customer.
  • Manages access and registration issues that arise for MyAero portal in addition to other bugs that could appear.
  • Provides access of order status, e-finding, Product Returns and Repair and other portal tools.
  • User’s/Customer’s profile related queries. 
  • Assists the customer for registration related issue on the portal and/or password reset for customer.
  • Assists and completes account association with customer’s profile


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in a technical support / web support position of at least 2 years.
  • Previous working experience in SAP and / or Salesforce
  • Fluent in English- verbal and written
  • Basic troubleshooting skills
  • Technical knowledge of - HTML, CSS, Javascript would be a plus.
