As a Consulting Services Manager, your primary responsibility is Professional Services sales to existing and new Sparta Systems customers. In partnership with the Account Executive and Solution Engineer, the Consulting Manager will identify the correct Professional Services offering through customer/prospect collaboration and maintain primary responsibility for opportunity qualification, negotiation, and engagement close.

Remote position- can be located in the central or eastern US.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5 + years of direct services sales experience
  • 5+ years delivering/implementing SaaS solutions
  • 3+ years Salesforce/Salesforce Administration experience
  • 2+ years systems integration experience (scoping, design or building)

WE VALUE

  • Exposure to eQMS and/or complimentary systems (Document Management, LIMS, PRT, ERP, MES)
  • Life Sciences experience focused on Quality /Clinical/ Regulatory solutions
  • Demonstrates Life Sciences industry knowledge 
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively present to senior stakeholders
  • Manage multiple tasks with varying  priorities and timelines
  • Bachelor's Degree
