Description Job Description Summary

Member of the Preventative Maintenance Center of Excellence (PM-COE) team. Develop differentiated PM solutions for advanced Semiconductor and Display equipment; Support pilot testing and global deployment of new PM differentiating capabilities; Work closely with PM engineering and field support teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define new capabilities and support infrastructure to differentiate Applied PM services
  • Partner with various groups to develop and enhance PM elements
  • Lead execution of PM Pilots and demonstrate effectiveness and value of enhanced PM elements
  • Develop documentation, training materials and internal/external communication packages
  • Support field pilot project leader as needed and find solutions to problems and roadblocks
  • Define PM for New Service Products. Working with Marketing & SBU to integrate with the PDP
  • Define and establish field resource and skills required for sustainable PM differentiation
  • Establish playbook to handover to field service teams

Functional Knowledge

Demonstrates broad and comprehensive understanding of different systems, theories and practices; Brings extensive semi fab module process & equipment engineering management experience; In-depth Etch and/or DCVD equipment process & equipment engineering experience is a plus; Leading-edge fab experience is preferred.

Applies broad industry and commercial awareness to drive financial and operational performance across business unit, department or sub-functions.


Leads projects with notable risk and complexity; develops the strategy for project execution
