What will you do?

+ Plan and lead the MES blueprint following best of breed business practices.

+ Gathering of MES requirements, gap identification/ gap resolution and detail process design.

+ Responsible for scope definition, solution architecture, and creation of detailed functional designs for the extension.

+ Guide/support MES implementation projects and global rollouts.

+ Provide expertise in MES functionalities to support solution design and pre-sales (Process Execution Management, Product/Part Tracking and Genealogy, Resource Management, Data Collection, Systems Integration, Quality Management, etc.).

+ Provide technical guidance to the development team.

+ Cooperation with experts/teams from other countries and supporting international projects.

+ Taking an important role in developing Accenture Industry X Practice in Poland.

+ Ultimately, leading the team responsible for the functional consulting and solution architecture.

What do we expect from you?

+ +5 years of experience in a supply chain/LES/MES/QMS/APS/ERP functional role (either business or IT) providing familiarity with business procedures and practices.

+ Experience in business process design for production or/and logistics. Must be able to help customers to prioritize business requirements to meet budget and timing constraints.

+ Working experience with implementation projects DASSAULT DELMIA APRISO or/and SIEMENS OpsCenter Execution (Simatic IT).

+ Change management skills and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

+ The excellent written, verbal, team, and presentation skills.

+ Consulting skill to assist customers in requirement definition, business process change, and solution proposal.

+ Industry knowledge: Hi-Tech, Auto, A&D, CPG and so on (nice to have).

+ Knowledge/experience in other MES platforms (SAP ME/MII/Pco, AVEVA, GE Proficy, Critical Manufacturing, or others) (nice to have).

+ Knowledge in Digital Manufacturing Strategy, Digital Twin, AI, IIoT, Plant Automation, or Predictive Analytics as an additional plus.
