Scheduled Hours 37.5 Position Summary Oversees student initiatives for assigned program/department. Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities Manages student outreach initiatives to engage students with resources to connect with and learn through Campus Life. Develops and manages events that focus on outreach and engagement of students. May supervise student workers. Coordinates and facilitates plans for outreach programs. Contributes to program/initiatives, meetings, events, fundraising and stewardship. Performs other duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, or a related field. One to three years' post-graduate experience in higher education. Demonstrated experience in working with risk management, crisis diversion and problem solving. Experience with student and leadership development, student group advising, and program implementation. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are essential. Ability to foster positive working relationships with students, faculty, and staff. Must possess a commitment to social justice, a focus on the success of all students, an open mind and a willingness to learn. Collaborate with numerous campus constituencies to execute large scale programs that impact a large number of students, faculty, and staff (with significant attention to detail). Required Qualifications Masterâ™s Degree in related field plus two years of related experience. Grade G10 Salary Range $45,800.00 - $75,900.00 / Annually The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
