As a Field Service Technician, you will be the face of the company. You will be assigned to one of two primary product areas that support different customer bases. One is focused on technology used to create circuit cards (they make the robotics that helps create circuit cards.) The other is the technology that is used in the cutting of metal using laser/CO2 systems. Although the products are different, the core of the job is the same.

You will be the primary point of contact to install, repair, and maintain the equipment at key customer locations across the US and, globally in the future. You should have a strong background in electronic troubleshooting, using multimeters, reading schematics, and understanding basic electronic theory. Although this is the cornerstone of the skills needed, you should also have some mechanical knowledge, however basic it may be. Due to the customer-facing aspect of the job, you should be a confident communicator at all levels of business.

This is a travel role. Your job will be to travel weekly to customers around the US. You will rarely will travel on weekends, and if the customer is close, you can drive, and the company will pay all business expenses.

This role requires strong attention to detail, using computers and software, and advocating for the client. You represent a global leader, and you should be proud of that responsibility.

Hourly compensation plus overtime, plus company credit card, plus per diem. Medical/Dental/Vision, and 8% match on 401k. 12 holiday and 15 days of PTO. (Almost 30 days of time off per year)
