As a Global Surveillance Team Leader responsibility may include but not limited to: * Coordinate, oversee, administer results according to timeliness and accuracy requirements, perform QA work and procedures governance * Responsible for talent development in accordance with specific team’s needs; * Review and evaluate potential incidents which violate specific local regulatory requirements and/or exchange rules; * Build and maintain strong relationships with high-level Global partners (e.g., Front Offices, Compliance Departments, Traders), and fully support the deployment of activities chipping in to the betterment of the Department and Bank; * Fully promote awareness and inspire change of regulatory standards, compliance risks and industry standards within the Team and across the business; and * Act as a liaison between internal and/or external control groups on compliance-related issues as well as respond to any audit inquires. *Your future colleagues* By joining our Global Surveillance Team in Raleigh, you will have a chance to build up your career by taking on a Managerial position within a Team which monitors Bank’s and Clients' investments, activities and/or patterns to detect potential breaches of internal rules and/or regulatory requirements such as market abuse, AML, KYC, etc. The Team consists of Analysts who detect potentially abusive activities and/or other red flags, conducts internal investigations and escalate to senior business partners when required.
