As a Global Surveillance Manager responsibility may include but not limited to: * Act as SME to provide detailed accurate advice, guidance, and direction to any Team member on Surveillance related issues; * Lead by example and deliver results via mentorship of your Team, and collaboration with colleagues, and/or internal partners; * Responsible for talent acquisition, oversight, empowerment, and development of the Team; * Build and maintain strong relationships with high-level Global partners and fully support deployment of activities chipping in to the betterment of the Department and Bank; * Fully promote understanding to ensure the processes are followed as set forth by Global Standards; * Act as a liaison with internal and external control groups on compliance-related issues as well as respond to audit requests. *Your future colleagues* By joining our Global Surveillance Team in Raleigh, you will have a chance to build up your career by tackling a Managerial position within a Team which monitors Bank’s and Clients' investments, activities and/or patterns to detect potential breaches of internal rules or regulatory requirements such as market abuse, AML, KYC, etc. The Team consists of Analysts who identify potentially abusive activities and/or other red flags, conduct internal investigations and raise to senior business partners when required.
