We are currently seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our Honeywell Building Technologies Service team at our client site, located just outside of Katherine, NT. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will provide effective service coordination, administrative and financial support, while taking ownership of the service request interface with our client. This role is ideally suited for an experienced client facing specialist who desires more, and is keen to develop their career; growing into more responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

·       First contact point for service interface, allocating requests to the correct teams and providing client updates in a timely manner;

·       Working with Field Service Leaders to track performance against critical metrics and help drive productivity improvements and business growth;

·       Coordinating documentation management, ensuring documentation is collected and processed (e.g. receipts, invoices, purchase orders, registers);

·       Generate reports from Excel and enjoy working and analysing data.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

·       Commitment to customer satisfaction drives your every decision;

·       A proven background in service/operations coordination roles, ideally gained within a fast moving operational environment;

·       Familiarity with invoicing, purchase orders, and accounts payments processes;

·       Drive to develop a career within Operations Management; and

·       Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel.
