This exciting role offers opportunity to:

+ The position has the responsibility for providing technical support primarily focused on EMI filtering, signal transformer, TVS, Varistor etc., associated with EMC FAE & test on signal protection & filtering application.

+ Capture and understand customer requirements for new product application (technical, timing, validation, etc.) and communicate back to internal organization.

+ Identify, develop & qualify electronic component related to signal protection, filtering, and EMC applications.

+ Develop applications on signal & data related components and propose solutions & electronic components meeting customers circuit requirements.

+ Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to increase Eaton component penetration, determine the market tread of RF & signal components for future applications

+ Participate in design reviews including leading DFMEA process, coordination of prototype builds and design verification including planning, developing, and implementing experimental test plans and evaluating engineering test results.

+ Oversee all activities, prioritize tasks, gather results and present it to cross functional team.

Qualifications

+ B.S. in Electrical Engineer with 10+ years of related experience, or M.S.in EE with 7+ years

+ Signal integrity engineering experiences with package / board design analysis for SI/PI

+ Specialty in at least one of the following: data overvoltage protection, signal filtering, EMC

+ Analog circuit design & application

+ Electronic component test equipment such as VNA, TDR, real-time scope, spectrum analyzer, etc

+ Excellent communication skill and Project management skill
