LinQuest seeks a Senior Software Engineer to systematically engineer, install, configure, test, and maintain Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) hardware and software Systems in support of Project Manager Tactical Radio’s (PM TR) to ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.


Lead a team performing a wide range of complex systems engineering services to ensure the PEO C3T is compliant with program requirements and objectives, interoperability requirements, configuration management requirements, and similar Program-Wide responsibilities, including, but not limited to:

  1. Capabilities analysis;
  2. Leadership and Education, Personnel and Facilities (DOTMLPF) efforts;
  3. Joint Capability Integration and Development System (JCIDS);
  4. System and/or software integration, platform integration;
  5. Interoperability with various Command, Control, and Communications (C3) systems;
  6. Technical or operational testing;
  7. Sustainment and refreshment of capabilities;
  8. Configuration management, planning and strategy meetings, program review and coordination meetings;
  9. General systems engineering, systems implementation planning and system test and evaluation services;
  10. Prepare specifications, plans, analyses, modeling, testing, simulations and reports;
  11. Review engineering output in the areas of systems level operation and maintenance procedures, performance improvements criteria, tools assessments, metrics management, quality assurance, configuration management, technical orders, and maintenance practices;
  12. Conduct systems engineering trade-off analysis;
  13. Provides analysis related to the design, development, and integration of hardware, software, man-machine interfaces and all the systems level requirements to provide an integrated solution. IAT level II certification required as applicable
Participates in the coordination of the systems engineering integrated product team and other technical forums at the PEO, PM and product office levels

Required experience:

  • Master’s Degree in one of the following: Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business or related scientific or technical discipline.
  • A minimum of twelve years related experience.
  • An active Top Secret clearance is required to be considered for this position
Desired experience:

  • Program Executive Office, Command, Control and Communications Tactical (PEO C3T) experience in any aspect of developing, fielding and sustaining Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Systems.
  • Experience supporting Project Manager Tactical Radio’s (PM TR)
