Job Description
The Sr. Consultant, Retail Rx FP&A will work on various pharmacy sales and margin analytics areas with an emphasis on drug level profitability, generic cost improvements, brand to generic conversions, 340B program performance, and data visualization / automation of routine analyses. We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills that is capable of working on multiple projects ideally with experience successfully collaborating with business partners. This individual will work with various groups across the organization including Pharmacy Operations, Red Oak Sourcing, Pharmacy Merchandising, 340B, and Retail Finance Reporting & Analytics. In addition to the analytics noted above, this position will conduct ad hoc analyses and provide support on special projects, initiatives, and complex analyses in partnership with other members of the broader Pharmacy FP&A team and Pharmacy Operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Meaningfully contribute to various pharmacy analytics projects related to margin performance and profitability trends

2. In partnership with Retail Finance Reporting & Analytics, assist with developing dashboards and automate certain pharmacy margin reporting, which will include establishing the proper links of data sources up to a common platform

3. Assist with FP&A tasks related to the Retail 340B program and Red Oak sourcing partnership

4. Work on complex analytical projects including those involving cross-functional team collaboration

5. Assist with special projects and provide finance support to the business as needed

Required Qualifications
2+ years of professional finance work experience

Preferred Qualifications
3 - 5 years of professional finance work experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

MBA

Healthcare / Pharmacy industry work experience

Microsoft Excel experience using functions such as PivotTables, VLookup, Filters, etc.

Microsoft Access and PowerPoint experience

Education
Bachelor's Degree required
