We have an opportunity for a Business Operations Leader to join our Thermal Solutions in Dublin. This role is pivotal to support the achievement of all AOP Targets within HTS EMEA

EMEA Business Operations Leader responsibilities

·         Drive strategic initiatives as part of the HTS EMEA key leadership team

·         Act as key interface between business and supply chain to drive improvement of delivery performance

·         Work with offering team to effectively manage product life cycle, maximize the growth opportunity and minimize IOS

·         Work with Commercial Excellence and ISC to drive customer, sales and delivery performance excellence

·         Proactively drive cross-functional efforts in order to reduce cycle time and replenishment lead times

·         Contribute to the development of planning systems and supporting tools

·         Continuously drive the improvement of business processes across all LOB functions

·         Work with Regional Product Leaders, P&E and Sales to ensure that identified major project opportunities/orders are identified and executed in line with customer expectations

·         Drive consolidated business review reports


·         Good business acumen and can lead in a highly matrixed environment

·         Extensive experience in a global, multi-site and highly matrixed manufacturing environment

·         Extensive experience in a leadership position in sales operations, marketing, finance, general management or integrated supply chain

·         Strong analytical, presentation, change and program management skills

·         Strong communication and influencing skills on all levels of an organization

·         Fluent in English, other European language a plus
