Join the Industry Center of Excellence (ICoE) for Communication and Media and work in a team with international exposure and specialized in Digital, Operational Support System and Cloud Network Transformation with an exceptional focus on mastering the most innovative market technologies and solutions.

Enjoy the challenge of large-scale projects, supporting companies that are investing the most on innovation, managing teams across different locations and fostering creativity, collaboration and growth.

As part of a close-knit team, you will work on international projects, including:

+ Designing and leading innovative technology transformations in the Order to Activate, Trouble to Resolve and Usage to Bill domains

+ Shaping the evolution of our Industry narrative with a focus on OSS, expanding our ecosystem collaboration for 5G, Virtualized Networks, Cloud and Industry-x services

+ Building and nurturing relationships with client C-suite to discuss and advise on OSS topics and trends

+ Being responsible for the costs and governance of the whole project

+ Collaborating with the Accenture Industry Networks to address the emerging OSS market needs and to maximize the value for our Telco Clients bringing them the best of Accenture across markets, services and other industries we work with

+ More than 5 years’ experience in the Telecommunication Industry

+ Good knowledge of Telco IT architectures and main OSS procesess (at least on one domain between Fulfilment, Inventory and Assurance) tools and typical challenges

+ Experience in leading medium teams working across multiple locations

+ Ability to interact with internal and client stakeholders

+ Experience with cloud native technologies and solutions is a plus

+ Fluent English
