This will be your future role:

As Talent Acquisition Team lead you will embraces two main areas of responsibility.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be managing end-to-end talent acquisition delivery for your assigned region or country. You will be responsible for client hiring activities in line with market norms for various job profiles (i.e. Supply Chain, HR, Finance and Marketing, etc.) and the agreed talent acquisition process.

You will be in regular interaction with your Hiring Managers and also candidates, while ensuring all the agreed Service Levels are met along with high levels of customer satisfaction for client stakeholders.

Your main responsibilities will be to liaise with Hiring Managers and HRBPs, candidate screening, sourcing, and other aspects of talent acquisition process, monitoring and continuous Improvement of process and productivity.

Considering your talent acquisition specialization and experience you will become an advisor for your hiring managers in various stages and aspects of the talent acquisition process. Moreover, you will manage complex requisitions with focus on some industry specialization.

It will be essential to establish and maintain good relationships with your key stakeholders – mainly Hiring managers, candidates and HRBPs.

As a Team Lead you will have people management responsibilities for a small team of up to 5 recruiters supporting talent acquisition for the same region or countries.

In your Lead role you will be responsible for operations delivery of your team and working directly with Client Service Delivery Manager. You will be closely interacting with other Talent Acquisition specialists, Global process owners and global management of the project.

This is what you already have:

• 3+ years of relevant talent acquisition experience

• 1+ year of former Team lead or relevant coordinator responsibilities

• Experience with operations or service delivery is an advantage

• Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

• Strong stakeholder management

• Good knowledge of Microsoft suite applications

• HR software / applicant tracking system / recruitment tools knowledge

• Flexibility and adaptability to a changing work environment

• English and Czech, potential use of Hungarian, Dutch, Russian, French or German
