The Role – What You’ll Do
We are hiring at all levels including Consultant/ Senior Consultant/ Principal – Capital Markets. You will be part of a cross-cultural global team working on a variety of business consulting engagements such across Wealth Management, Asset Management, Investment Banking and Trading.
You will take up a range of roles in the areas of process consulting, experience design, business analysis, applied AI, tech strategy, program and change management. You will analyze problems and come up with solutions, often creative and out-of-the-box, apply business consulting frameworks and methodologies to address business problems, collaborate with client stakeholders and be responsible for the delivery of business results to clients.
Here are some engagements our Capital Markets consultants are working on:
  • Provide Program management / functional / business analysis in large transformation programs such as modernization of core applications such as clearing, settlement, Trading platform including migrating to Cloud, mainframe modernization.
  • Enhance efficiency by automating and digitizing manual processes in middle and back office leveraging RPA and other automation techniques.
  • Conducting strategic assessments to define future state functional / technical architecture to meet strategic client objectives leveraging Design Thinking, Service Blueprinting approach.
  • Machine Learning driven personalization - life events, investment ideas and service alerts and assessment of client attrition risk
  • Virtual Assistant - Cognitive Assistant Pilot (CAP) to guide Financial Advisors and Customer Support Associates in Salesforce.
  • Single Social Media hub for Financial Advisors to post content (compliance approved) to multiple social media sites
  • Comprehensive portal to do an “Best Match” and find a Financial Advisor (Individual or Teams) by name, nearby location, gender and International Wealth FAs and teams
  • Smart App where a prospective client can start a bank relationship, find a Financial Advisor, provide discovery for goal based planning, and schedule an appointment.
  • Social App for the Financial Advisor to create their social media profiles. To provide complete user flows for Facebook Business Page Enrollment, LinkedIn Business Page Enrollment and Approver Review.
  • Intuitive Advisor Dashboard which provides an advisor complete view of his/her book and action items
  • Reimage Operations Users Experience to create an Intelligent Ops dashboard (with KPIs, Real-time notifications, SLAs etc ) with direct access to ops systems
  • You will also lead / contribute to sales pursuits, consulting offerings and internal initiatives, and participate in a variety of Firm building events.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
  • Prior work experience (3+ years for a Consultant, 7+ years for Senior Consultant and 10+ years for Principal) either in management consulting or directly working on advisory business, technology or operational change initiatives in the capital markets industry
  • Demonstrated ability in defining, mobilising and delivering complex change programs in Capital markets industry (Investment Bank, Broker-Dealer, Wealth Management, Asset Management)
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with ability to build relationships at senior management and CXO levels
  • Strong background of leading teams, comprising both IT and business specialists (for Principals)
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree
  • Good depth of knowledge and implementation experience in front to back-office processes across product areas and leading products in this space
  • Experience with one or more products like IHS Markit, FactSet B-One (BISAM), Charles River (CRD OEMS, Compliance), Calypso, Eagle STAR-PACE, Advent APX, Blackrock Aladdin, Broadridge product suite (BPS, Gloss, Impact), Salesforce CRM related experience in Capital Market, 3rd party Trading Platform implementation
  • Prior experience and knowledge with Programmatic/Systematic Investment Management processes and tools in the areas of
  • Quantitative Portfolio Analytics (Equity, Fixed Income and other asset classes)
  • Factor Attribution (Macro, Strategy factors)
  • Portfolio Construction and Optimization
  • Products/tools such as Qontigo/Axioma
  • Experience in UX/UI programs in Wealth Management or Asset Management industry to improve client and/or advisor experience.
  • Working knowledge of Design Thinking
  • Demonstrate thought leadership, ability to conceptualize and drive new solution / service offerings and take them to market
  • Ability and willingness to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary
