AT&T is looking to grow our Wireless Marketing Team. Join us and lead the expansion of our Direct-to-Consumer customer acquisition programs.

This role can be located in Dallas, TX and El Segundo, CA.

You get to drive the sales of AT&T award winning wireless & mobility services with access to all the promotional tools, customer experience & value add that AT&T has available.

You will be supported and challenged by a world class advertising & consumer marketing team, including associates from analytics, data science, product marketing, and creative 

Your team will be the engine of new customer growth at AT&T Wireless. 

We’re seeking a world class Direct marketer that has a deep understanding of how to find & bring new customers to the AT&T family. You will have access to the full set of AT&T digital & direct marketing tools that deliver traffic to our retail, contact center & partner channels – all with the goal of adding new subscribers to our base.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Audience and customer segmentation is critical to success. Knowing who, when and how to reach our target customer groups will be a core part of the role
  • Offer strategy, message variation, timing, frequency must be balanced against cost of delivery to deliver the highest results with world class CPIGA & ROI
  • Build the customer acquisition direct marketing team 
  • Develop marketing calendar utilizing email, SMS, earned, paid & owned digital channels
  • Define customer segmentation and personalized engagement points & messaging. Find customers via channel parts and using contact channels that they seek to use
  • Define KPIs at each stage of the process from reach, response rates, traffic volumes, close rate and completed sales
  • Manage Agency partners to flawlessly execute & drive innovation in technology & customer engagement
  • Apply voice of the customer insights to identify customer pain-points, challenges, and hurdles; advise on approaches to eliminate and/or positively enhance customer interactions
     

Qualifications: 

  • 8+ years of D2C customer acquisition marketing, email marketing, content marketing, publishing, and/or social media experience -- ideally in a combination of agency / corporate environments
  • 8+ years of experience building customer acquisition journeys, and a passion for understanding consumer behavior and creating outstanding customer experiences 
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial and owner mindset, with proven ability to influence and build advocacy for ideas at all levels of the organization
  • An innovative, positive, and self-directed attitude 
  • Proven success in working with cross-functional marketing teams, such as Pricing, Product and Analytics, to create and execute against shared goals
  • Experience working with retail, online & contact center channels
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or similar field preferred
