Commercial Banking provides financial solutions to businesses with annual sales generally in excess of $5 million. Our business lines are Wells Fargo Commercial Capital, Middle Market Banking, and Treasury Management & Payment Solutions.

Treasury Management & Payment Solutions
o Provides cash management services and digital channel capabilities for customers of Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking
o Also serves some Consumer and Small Business Banking and Wealth and Investment Management customers, and Auto Dealer Finance partner relationships in Consumer Lending

This Treasury Services Associate 1 position is in the Token Distribution Services team. The team’s primary responsibilities include the assignment and shipment of RSA Tokens to CEO users and supporting CC4B with research and resolutions to internal and external customer token authentication issues.

Responsible for implementing and servicing token distribution for Treasury Management products.  Duties may also include: Identifying and resolving client issues; acting as a liaison between the client and bank operations, sales officers, vendors and Relationship Managers to ensure the delivery of quality services and to meet client needs; identifying trends through tracking and monitoring the client's portfolio to ensure compliance, identify exceptions or suggest products, procedures or services that may streamline the client's interactions; training clients on products and services to ensure optimal delivery and meet implementation needs; performing post implementation product usage and customer billing reviews.  May attend onsite client visits with manager to learn more about the business.

This position is deemed essential.  Therefore, it is a requirement for employees to work in the office.  The shift for this position is M-F 8:00am – 5:00pm. There are times when overtime is required.  Employees would need flexibility to be available to work overtime and off shift hours when needed.

They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.



Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of financial services experience, demonstrated through work, military, or education



Desired Qualifications

  • Problem analysis and resolution skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Effective organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
  • Treasury management experience
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
  • Good PC skills with the aptitude to learn new systems quickly
  • Customer service experience with Wells Fargo channels Contact Center, Digital or Store



Other Desired Qualifications

• One year experience in operations, implementation or customer service
• Experience using CC4B systems and tools: ACE, AES, ServiceView, eSO, UAM, and FedEx Ship Manager
• Experience using or supporting customers on the Commercial Electronic Office (CEO)
