* Provide administrative support to grants and special projects sponsored by  CFS  and C&B. For 2021/22, this includes supporting the El Cuidado de Nuestros Vecinos (Caring for Our Neighbors) project grant funded by the Mother Cabrini Foundation. Responsibilities include: scheduling of meetings, site visits, maintaining of data records, translating documents, and composing meeting minutes.  * Maintain the event and maintenance schedule for Linehan Chapel,  GAC  151 and Sulam Center. Responsibilities include: scheduling of weddings, meeting with couples for Chapel tours, processing rental agreements, tracking payments and assigning wedding coordinators. Collaborating with other Nazareth departments including Music, Academic Affairs and Facilities in the scheduling and maintenance of Linehan Chapel.  Provide administrative support to the  CFS  staff and departmental programing. Responsibilities include: mainiting of the  CFS  webpage, monthly processing of the  CFS  purchasing and Wegmans cards, maintaining bulletin boards in  GAC , George Hall, and monthly reconciliation of  CFS  and Chapel budgets.  * Provide administrative support to the  SAAP  staff and departmental reporting and programing. Responsibilities include: tracking and maintaining admissions application spreadsheet and sending emails to applicants, admin with support of  HEOP  reports, daily checking of voicemail and emails, tracking attendance at student meetings, creating flyers, reserving rooms, running informer reports, sending of texts via Mongoose, managing student files and pre-summer start support.  * Provide administrative support to the  ODIEE  staff. Responsibilities include: monthly processing of the two  ODIEE  purchasing cards, posting events to 25 Live and other requested assistance.  * Support initiatives and projects sponsored by the various offices of the Community and Belonging Division and Vice President, in collaboration with the Executive Assistant.  * Represent  CFS  and C&B on campus wide committees when appropriate.  * Other duties as assigned  Exceptional organizational skills and be able to attend to and prioritize projects.  * Able to be flexibile with work schedule as high demand needs shift throughout the academic year.  * Ability to successfully manage interpersonal working relationships. As appropriate, collaborate with staff in other units and divisions to achieve the goals of the College.  * Strong written and verbal communication skills.  * Handles confidential information sensitively and appropriately.  * Demonstrates commitment to working in a diverse workplace and to building a pluralistic community by promoting an increased understanding of individual differences and perspectives that will enable workforce cohesiveness.  * High emphasis placed on professionalism, efficiency and a positive attitude.  * Annual participation in professional development; focuses on acquiring, improving and applying technological and other skills that are essential to achieving the goals of the College.
