Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team, you will provide expert advice and guide team in reviewing and finalizing trade activities, conduct daily trade entry reconciliation, and reconcile cash and securities positions. In this role, you will perform trade confirmation, comparison, and settlement processes, as well as report settlement discrepancies.

The Operations - Clearance and Settlement - Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance to the team on reviewing and finalizing trade entries.
  • Lead cash and securities reconciliation effort.
  • Lead your team in performing settlement processes and reporting settlement discrepancies. You may also train team members on the process.



Minimum Required Experiences

  • 4 years of related experience
  • Experience with electronic payments (ACH & Fedwire), reconciliations and basic accounting skills
  • Prior experience in a leadership position; training and mentoring
  • Ability to identify operational and process issues and collaborate to provide solutions
  • Attention to detail and a sense of urgency
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills required
  • Excellent time management and communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Desired Experiences

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) a plus
