Key Responsibilities for SAs, SSAs, LSAs may include:

+ Integrate multiple technologies using Pegasystems

+ Architect, design, and develop advanced Pega enterprise applications

+ Manage technical project team members (onshore and offshore)

+ Optimize solutions by performing detailed technical designs and code and design reviews

+ Map functional requirements to Pega features and functionality

+ Disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery

+ Mentor junior team members in Pega technology best practices

+ Manage offshore resources and provide technical specs to developers

Key Responsibilities for Bas, LBAs may include:

+ Process analysis, reengineering, optimization

+ Map functional requirements to Pega features and functionality

+ Requirements management: elaboration, analysis, documentation and traceability

+ Manage backlog prioritization, backlog health, story review

+ Maintain traceability of value drivers, business requirements to epics, features, stories

+ Facilitate Pega design sessions with business and other stakeholders with informed POV

+ Support application build and test

+ Disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery

+ Mentor junior team members in Pega technology best practices

For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Here's What You Need:

+ Minimum of 2 years of Pega development/architecture experience

+ Minimum of 3 years total of hands-on technical experience in design, development, architecture, solutioning

+ Minimum of 2 years of Agile project experience

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Preferred Qualifications

+ Possess CSA (Certified System Architect), CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect), CLSA (Certified Lead System Architect)

+ Consulting or client service delivery experience

+ Multiple software development life cycle (SDLC) experience

+ Management of technical development teams

+ Specialization in functional area (CRM, deployment, etc.) or industry domain expertise

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $72,400 - $114,499 and information on benefits offered is here.
