Microsoft Dynamics Senior Programmer


Job Description:

Overview of Position

  • The Senior Programmer will be responsible for the design and development of software solutions in Microsoft Dynamics AX to meet business requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage full software development life cycle including testing, implementation, and auditing. Perform solution design, bug verification, and beta support, which may require research and analysis.
  • Execute, assess, and troubleshoot software programs and applications. Analyze and amend software errors in a timely and accurate fashion, and participate in software upgrades, revisions, fixes and patches as mandated by the vendor.
  • Design, develop and document specifications throughout the project life cycle.
  • Guide developers and consultants on issues related to the design, development, and deployment of mission-critical information and software systems; review work of development teams.

What Are We Looking For?

  • Solid understanding of Supply Chain concepts and must have good skills in eliciting business requirements.
  • Experience programming in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 or Dynamics 365
  • Ability to guide others in resolving complex issues in specialized area based on existing solutions and procedures
  • Ability to serve as an expert within own discipline
  • Desire to serve as a resource for best practices/quality on functional teams or projects
  • Willingness to train/mentors junior staff
  • Comfortability dealing with ambiguous situations and help business in resolving such situations.

Experience / Education

Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 8 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$112,500.00 - $137,500.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
