You will be responsible for managing the Americas Personal Account Trading (PAT) & Outside Interest\Financial Interests team and will report to the Global Head PAT & Outside Interest\Financial Interest. The Personal Account Trading team aims at identifying and managing Credit Suisse risks deriving from the bank’s business model. Specifically, the team manages potential conflicts between employees’ personal interests and the interests of the firm and firm clients. Your responsibilities include supervising the team and acting as a first point of escalation for any issues that may arise. The team reviews and processes documentation regarding accounts & activity statements as well as processing internal policy breaches. You will review and process personal account disclosures and address policy questions and information requests. You will also review outside business activity requests. *Your future colleagues* The Compliance PAT team covers all regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC and Switzerland) and divisions, including International Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Asset Management, Strategic Resolutions Unit, Swiss Universal Bank and Corporate Functions. The groups are a tight-knit team of Compliance specialists in a highly visible area of the bank, where you can be an integral part of mitigating bank’s risks and improving bank’s applications.
