A unique and exciting opportunity for a Regional APAC Transaction Management (TM) professional to help support and manage a large and diverse portfolio of a key global technology client. In this role, the individual will be working with a high degree of autonomy, ensuring that the team supports the client achieving organisational goals and helping to manage the team and the account.


  • Direct report to the Account Lead and help the Account Lead manage the team, activities, projects and reporting across APAC
  • Have a good understanding of the client's business and company objectives and help translate those into specific goals for the TM team. Work closely with the client in internal stakeholder management and provide support in meeting internal reporting requirements.
  • Be able to present proposed strategies through business cases for stakeholder approval and take a leadership role in implementing such strategies through CBRE and/or other client partners (acquisitions, disposals, lease renewals, rent-reviews, etc)
  • Implementing real estate plans with an understanding of the client's strategic real estate goals. Leading project initiation and scope definition, prioritization of assignments, and adherence to client-driven priorities, commitments, and milestones.
  • Concurrently acting as landlord/seller agent and tenant/buyer agent and effectively negotiating the business terms and conditions for a wide variety of commercial real estate products, including land, office, retail and industrial.
  • Coordinating field broker selection and other required resources, subject matter experts, and business partners. If necessary, facilitating client review and approval of proposed team resources for the purpose of transaction execution.
  • Actively prepare strategies to resolve landlord and tenant disputes on behalf of the client, during and post lease negotiation
  • Drafting a large variety of analyses and relevant documents, including but not limited to: project initiation, market comparable reports, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), proposal comparison packages, letters of intent, and broker's opinions of value.
  • Understand how to review, analyze, and interpret financial analysis templates including book and cash flow projections, NPV (net present value), and/or IRR (internal rate of return) financial analyses to enable clients to make more informed decisions.
  • Work closely with CBRE and/or client's Lease Administration, Project Management, Facility Management, and Finance/Accounting teams to ensure integration between the service lines.
  • Supports the development and refinement of the overall end to end delivery of CBRE TM model across the regional portfolio with Account Lead
  • Ensuring that the team adheres to client's quality processes and compliance protocols and implement agreed related corrective actions, where required.
  • Drive consistency and process improvements to achieve added value and efficiency across the region.
  • Ensure the client is kept abreast of general market norms/ upcoming trends in regions they are operating within, through regular knowledge sharing sessions

  • Be driven to meet established operational and financial performance targets with commercial acumen to capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Ability to take critical feedback and convert it into constructive feedback for self and the team and the ability to continuously develop yourself, individuals and team personnel resources.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills to review/ perform financial analysis (e.g. P&L, cashflows of the account and transactions) and develop innovative solutions.
  • Ability to review real estate contracts, complex business documents and prepare business cases/ approval notes for client leadership approval , as well as experience in conducting analysis/due diligence in terms of contract negotiation.
  • Have a collaborative approach with the account team, client and wider CBRE organization to achieve outstanding client outcomes.
  • Have strong Communication (verbal & written) and negotiation skills, be diplomatic but assertive and possess excellent presentation skills.
  • Be sensitive to cross-cultural exposures and environments.
  • Degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business, Finance or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years commercial real estate experience in TM working for Multi National Clients.
  • Regional exposure to commercial real estate will be an advantage.
