Are you our next Creative Lead?

Creative Leads work in a highly collaborative partnership with our strategists and internal sales teams, combining insights, data, strategy, UX/CX with a heavy dose of creativity to drive more wins for key strategic sales opportunities. Creative Leads tap into their love of creative process, user experience, and media design to translate and craft customer-centric experiences. This team prizes collaboration combined with strong professional independence to lead and develop compelling design solutions and communications across mediums. This is an opportunity that taps into your love to create and tell complex stories through compelling and human-centric experiences across all media and mediums.

This position is currently virtual due to COVID but will be Austin Texas Hub based once new guidelines and policies are in place.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate, concept, contribute and lead impactful creative themes and translate them into impactful customer experiences across digital, environmental and traditional media
  • Multi-disciplinary designer, digital native with a raging curiosity that is rooted in uncovering human-centric creative innovation, comfortable going from design to UX/UI, to video/motion, environmental and print experiences
  • A thinker/maker, teacher who relishes "what if?" as a way to uncover new approaches and then loves to share and teach the team around you the what, how, and why of what we do

Desired Skills/Abilities:
  • 4-6 years of experience
  • Understand how to convert insights into strategies and strategies in clear and compelling creative experiences
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, with AE a plus)
  • UI/UX design, prototyping (Marvel, Invision), CSS, HTML and script/coding experience a plus
  • Video development, production and editing a plus
  • Strong presentation design skills, proficient in PowerPoint
  • Strong client presentation, collaboration and negotiating skills
  • Great project management skills, understands how to set expectations and personal priorities

Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell.

As a Senior Sales Consultant you will be responsible for providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision. Acts as a technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants. Develop and deliver high quality standard Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product future direction and overall Oracle solutions. Design, validate, and present Oracle software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products. Develop and manage reference sites through high quality technical, professional client relationships.

Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 years vendor (sales and marketing) experience. 5 years relevant computer applications or database/tools. Demonstrated proficiency in one multi-user operating system. Through knowledge of system and application design. Strong verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques. Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems with accounts in complex technical environments. Ability to travel as needed. BS degree or equivalent; advanced degree desirable.
