We are looking for a talented Sales Enablement Advisor to join our Sales Enablement Team.

This position will work in-office, as well as remote, with roughly 25% travel annually. Seeking candidates in Nashville, TN and Santa Monica, CA.

Oracle NetSuite's Business Development Representative (BDR) Program prepares recent college graduates for an exciting and rewarding sales career in the highly competitive cloud-business arena. The 12-24 month program is designed to train BDRs on all things sales and NetSuite while they perform lead generation/inside sales activities for our sales teams, with the end goal of promotion into the broader sales organization. The BDR Enablement team is responsible for training hundreds of BDRs and BDR managers every year - on everything from how to prospect into a cold account, to demoing the product, to how to close their first deal. Because of this programmatic approach, the BDR team is in a constant state of hiring, training, and promoting - this is where the BDR Enablement team provides the support necessary to match the needs of the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead sales training, from new hire onboarding through promotion into sales and beyond
  • Content revisions and creation for new initiatives in development BDR training and BDR Manager training
  • Working cross-functionally to bring in resources and feedback from our Sales Leadership, BDR Leadership, and Value-Added Teams
  • Scheduling and delivering weekly trainings to audience of 80+ individuals at one time
  • Organizing large training events 8+ times a year
  • International support, travel, training, and curriculum design
  • Travel 25%+
Profile:
  • Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience, including closing experience
  • Tech sales background highly preferred
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral)
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate multiple internal departments
  • Strong presentation/facilitation skills
  • Project management experience
  • Proficient to advanced skills in LinkedIn, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong sense of urgency to complete projects on time and competing priorities
