Job Description
Description/Fundamental Components:

Consults with internal clients to identify opportunities to implement data science and business intelligence solutions to improve retail pharmacy performance.

Develops business intelligence and data science solutions in the retail, pharmacy, and financial analytics domains to solve complex problems for our business partners and customers

Ability to structure data, algorithms, and interfaces to provide best in class self-service solutions for your customers

Develop and present recommendations to senior staff and internal clients

Mentors more junior team members and collaborates with contractors to ensure high levels of productivity

Collaborates with business partners to understand their problems and goals, develop predictive modeling, statistical analysis, data reports and performance metrics

Consults on the creation of analytics solutions that effectively weigh business and technical tradeoffs using an intermediate understanding of business strategy as well as relevant big data environment topics

Acts as an analytics product owner translating business needs into analytics projects and actions. Leads development of solutions with moderate complexity and risk

Required Qualifications
4 years of business experience leading analyses and initiatives with track record of business impact

3 years of experience programming using SQL, PySpark, or Python

2 years of experience in business intelligence / dashboard development

2 years of experience in a cloud environment such as Azure, GCP, AWS, or Snowflake

Preferred Qualifications
Strong knowledge of advanced analytics tools such as Tableau, Palantir Foundry, Data Bricks highly preferred.

Healthcare or Pharmacy background specializing in payer finance and contracting analytics highly preferred

Demonstrates proficiency in most areas of mathematical analysis methods, machine learning, statistical analyses, and predictive modeling and in-depth specialization in some areas

Education
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with 4-7+ years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree or equivalent in an analytic discipline and 2+ years of relevant experience

Master's degree in quantitative field or MBA strongly preferred
