HR LEADER WANTED
That’s the mission. Now we need an HR leader to help turn it into reality: an excellent people leader and
communicator with a true business partnering mindset who will use their strategic, transformation and
tactical skills to help the business leaders to transform and scale our business.
We’re looking for a true HR Business Partner - someone who wants to change the world, attract great
talent and transform the culture of our business. He/she will be responsible for leading all aspects of HR
for Connected Industrial & Cyber influencing strategy, defining organizational business requirements,
attracting, retaining, and developing talent. You will collaborate closely with business leaders to drive
progress, execution, and growth. You are truly building for our future.
The successful candidate will be high-energy, creative, and a resourceful self-starter who demonstrates
flawless HR functional skills, leadership, courage, sound judgement and good instincts. They will have grit,
drive, passion, and perseverance; they will find innovative ways of doing things. They will have strong
influencing skills and ability to move the needle with an outcome focused mindset driving excellence in
everything they do. They will gain the trust of leaders quickly, be able to prioritize and help HCE to scale.

FEARLESS LEADERSHIP
This role partners with business leaders and reports to Gill Chandrasena, VP HR & Communications, HCE.

RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for leading all aspects of HR to support Honeywell’s growth objectives. Specifically:

  • Attract and retain great talent
  • Collaborate to build internal Talent capability and robust Succession Plans
  • Drive transformation agenda – deliver flawless execution for business growth
  • Lead change
  • Develop HCEs software culture
  • Drive standardization and repeatable process discipline
  • Serve as a coach and confidant: true trusted business partner

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 10 years’ HR business partner experience
  • 7 years’ experience in HR Project Management, Talent and OD
  • 3 years’ experience leading HR initiatives/change management in a highly matrixed environment
  • Bachelor's Degree 

 

WE VALUE

  •  5+ years software industry experience
  • Master’s degree
  • Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization, creating trust and confidence among
    and across the management team, the HR team, and the entire organization
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
  • Previously demonstrated leadership skills
  • Proven ability to lead through significant organizational change and ambiguity
  • Ability to correctly balance demand and capacity when establishing priorities for the organization
  • Ability to artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly
  • Energy and fun
