Kelly Services has an immediate opening for a Compensation Analyst (1-2 years of experience) for a top healthcare client in DFW. The role is remote, equipment will be shipped to you. Contract opportunity slated to last 3-6 months. Pay is starting at $29/hr.

  • Supports Compensation management in partnership with the Senior Compensation Consultants to gather, extract, compile, report, and audit data (employee or job) while ensuring data is accurate and meets the needs of the department or requestor.
  • Reviews ServiceNow (SNOW), Taleo or Management Self Service (MSS) requests and resolves, distributes, or escalates requests to others to ensure timely resolution of requests.
  • Tracks and documents requests to ensure established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.
  • Researches, gathers data and performs statistical analysis and interpretation of data to provide solutions and recommendations.
  • Supports Compensation Team in partnership with others to ensure all required processes to identify, plan, develop and deliver compensation services are clearly documented and up-to-date.
  • This may include documentation of project(s), timelines, requirements, communications, etc., to ensure project is on-target, on-time and deliverables are met.
  • Creates compensation related collateral for training (internal/external of team), knowledge base, job aides, or other collateral materials for team and/or PeoplePlace, HR communication venues, etc., to ensure all materials are accurate and reflective of the processes.
  • May develop socialization materials such as presentations, questions & answer documents, etc., for team or others use.
  • Maintains and runs periodic and ad-hoc reports on compensation related data from the HRIS system.
  • Completes other duties as assigned.


Compensation Committee Support (as assigned):

  • Provides support for Compensation Committee to include pre-meeting materials such as heat maps, minutes, and post-meeting assistance as needed.
  • Programs: Responsible for Survey Management to include submitting matches to third-party survey sources and uploading results to market pricing system.
  • Supports Senior Compensation Consultants by assisting with job benchmarking for assigned population.


Programs: Responsible to process interim pay agreements to ensure agreements are appropriate and recipients receive timely payments within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Programs: Assists Senior Compensation Consultants with job benchmarking and/or job description review, analysis, and costing as assigned.
  • May include design and administration of employer compensation programs, including base pay for assigned population.


  • Relationship Management: Responsible to calculate, process and respond to promotion/demotion calculations within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Relationship Management: Responsible for the administration of the Salary Offer Tool (SOT) and its outcomes to include maintenance, training, and/or socialization with all users.



  • Excel skills are required.

  • Knowledge of health care industry is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and regularly re-prioritize tasks.
