• Provide product, program and/or technical development, design, and marketing documentation • Write, edit, and publish internal communications/announcements • Review content for accuracy and adherence to editorial guidelines and quality • Clarify announcement details with Product Support Managers and other product SMEs • Manage announcements for multiple products, ensuring publishing target dates are met

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant fields. Undergraduates with language proficiency are welcome to apply • At least Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N3 certified • Strong and effective written and oral English communication skills • With experience in technical writing • experience in analysis, troubleshooting, problem solving and project management • Willing to work on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules and extended working hours
