IT&DA supply chain is currently looking for Senior ERP Solution Delivery lead – Integrations to join their team in Bengaluru, India. The position will focus on delivery supporting large ERP transformation programs and sustainment teams for all business units.

As a solution delivery lead, you collaborate with project delivery, business, architects, designers, developers, and technical teams to determine / understand the scope and timeline of different projects and programs. You have a clear understanding of the applications and solutions to be developed to deliver successful business outcomes.

A successful candidate will bring; 1) a product mindset, to drive the delivery of transformational capabilities of high business value in supply chain functions 2) demonstrated leadership in solution delivery with high quality outcomes in collaboration with internal, and external partners, with a metrics and data driven approach and 3) strong application knowledge in SAP PI/PO, S/4 HANA, and non-SAP integration technologies.  

Position Responsibilities:

Responsible for leading the delivery of Integration objects across multiple projects;

  • Lead, collaborate with project teams through the prep and explore phases to establish scope with a clear understanding of the Integrations solution to be developed and delivered.
  • Lead, actively participate in requirement gathering, end-to-end solution design, application/technical design documents in collaboration with stakeholders and SI partners.
  • Drive end to-end technical design, realization and deployment activities in collaboration with delivery teams across the enterprise and SI’s.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams comprising of business SMEs, Architects, Developers and SI partners on current processes and proposing solutions to develop system integrations.
  • Coordinate, track and manage development of Integration objects with internal as well as external development resources.
  • Provide periodic updates to the respective project delivery teams - clear metrics related to progress of development activities, risks, issues and opportunities
  • Adopt, establish standards, best practices and processes as needed towards delivery of high quality functional and technical solutions.
  • Drive governance of the functional and technical design and development.
  • Represent solution delivery as a strong partner with cross functional teams across the ERP solution delivery, extended and enterprise teams including, but not limited to; development, testing, data management, infrastructure, security, operations and release management functions.
  • Recommend innovative and transformational solutions for complex business requirements, including a large base of legacy applications.
  • Experience in non-SAP integration tools such as Sterling Integrator, and working knowledge of Robotic Process Automation, and Digital Analytic tools.
  • Ability to measure, track, and correct outcomes based on metrics including SLA’s, KPI’s and user-experience, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the design, development, test, and deployment of synchronous and asynchronous interfaces between client SAP instances, non-SAP applications and external systems using the SAP PI/PO platform or other non-SAP Integration tools including Sterling Integrator, etc.
  • Evaluate, model and design interface objects from an enterprise Service Architecture perspective to construct interfaces

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Technical Bachelor's degree or Master degree with 12+ years of total IT experience with deep expertise in SAP PI / PO and non-SAP integration tools supporting supply chain in large and complex business environments including external applications.
  • Minimum 5 end-to-end implementation experience including 2 SAP HANA implementations or migrations as a technical solutions delivery lead.
  • Expertise in technical solution analysis, design and delivery in large complex Integrations landscape with ~5 years of experience, leading SAP application PI development efforts.
  • Strong functional knowledge in any area Procure to Pay, Plan to Produce, Order to Cash, Close to Report processes.
  • Experience in successful delivery through external partner teams in an outcomes-based delivery model.
  • Should have working knowledge in SAP technical development including all RICEFW object type development.
  • Experience in SAP HANA Platform.  
  • Experience in non-SAP, digital and cloud-based solutions
  • Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization including senior business and IT leadership

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Certification/s – SAP PI/PO, JAVA and other middleware technologies
  • Certified Scrum Master/SAFe Certification or equivalent a plus
  • SAP Activate methodology (certification or training)
  • Working knowledge and experience in cloud-based solutions, cloud platforms.
  • Product Management skills

Typical Education & Experience:

  • 12 to 16 Year's related work experience or relevant military experience
