The Learning Initiative Lead will be responsible for scoping, managing, and evaluating outcomes for key initiatives tied to performance-based outcomes. You will be a connector between the the business, ELD&P Leaders and curriculum Program Owners, the Learning Initiative Lead is a critical role to successful business outcomes. You will report to a Sr. Manager within the PBM ELD&P (Enterprise, Learning Development and Performance) teams, which are part of a powerhouse of Learning Professionals within the CVS Health Enterprise, Learning, Development and Performance HR Center of Excellence.

The ideal candidate has a relentless passion for delivering a best in class learning experience for a variety of different roles within the PBM. They are a team player and willing to partner across boundaries to support cross-functional initiatives. They thrive in a changing, agile environment with dynamic systems and processes. This individual will be a trusted stakeholder to Sr. HR and Leaders. The work they support has a significant impact on multiple or new roles and the level of success within a business area. They come prepared to this role with a wide-ranging level of knowledge and skill within the Learning, Development and Performance area. This individual is recognized as a subject matter expert in multiple functions within the ELD&P support structure. They are armed with an advanced level of business acumen to easily maneuver and flex to a changing and ambiguous environment.

The Learning Initiative Lead:
• Manages stakeholder relationships with business partners, subject matter experts, HR partners, and ELD&P colleagues to ensure continual alignment of prioritized business needs
• Conducts performance analysis to determine the expectations and gaps for the accountable populations
• Collaborates with ELD & P business excellence and governance teams to execute digital Learning and multimedia design elements while adhering to enterprise-wide learning standards and reporting requirements
• Utilize LMS, Production Tools (i.e. QuickBase), and SharePoint to track and document in
• Leverages strong business acumen on strategy, financials and business objectives to drive impact and success of programming
• Evaluates and reports on programming impact on talent improvement and business performance; adjusting strategies and solutions as needed
• Simultaneously manages multiple, complex projects
• Collaborates with ELD & P Operations governance team to adhere to and maintain enterprise-wide learning standards and reporting requirements

Required Qualifications
5 years of experience delivering performance-based solutions focused on Adult Learning strategy

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with tools such as QuickBase or Tableau to communicate outcomes
Experience delivering training in the Caremark PBM
Experience using reporting as a mechanism to develop and evaluate strategy
M. Ed or advanced training in related discipline preferred

Education
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
