Lead the Alerton sales channel as Commercial Sales Leader.  You will own formulation and execution of Alerton sales, channel and commercial strategy and be the face of Alerton to the external market. You will manage a direct team of experienced sales professionals and provided direction and leadership to supporting functions.



Key Responsibilities

  • Directly manage 10-person US-based sales team
  • Achieve AOP targets for Orders, Revenue, Price Realization, Accounts Receivable Past Due, GFD Attach Rate and NPI Say/Do for Alerton Channel
  • Create and maintain accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly orders forecasting process
  • Create and execute Alerton dealer channel strategy to drive revenue and share for Alerton business
  • Drive Alerton commercial strategy for geographic, vertical and path to market direction
  • Acting as voice of channel for new product and service introductions
  • Drive sales team behaviors (Nex utilization, discount rigor, forecasting, account planning, call activities)
  • Drive top down BMS, HBT and Honeywell corporate initiatives to sales team
  • Direct activities and escalations of functions supporting Alerton channel to ensure attainment of AOP targets
  • Participate in AOP and STRAP planning workshops and exercises for long term planning for BMS business
  • Conduct sales calls on dealers, influencers and end customers
  • Participate and/or lead cross functional coordination meetings to drive execution and decision making in support of Alerton business
  • Report on activities and results
  • Travel 30 to 70% of the time


  • 5+ years of channel sales experience
  • 3+ years of experience with commercial buildings or related industry


  • Bachelors Degree
  • Direct experience with BMS brands and sales channels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Being completely self-motivated
