Lead Service Sales Representative (Service Sales Manager)

Your main responsibility is to ensure that Eaton meets the agreed budget targets for service sales growth in Denmark and act as a leading manager within the country service team to ensure that service is operating as one. You will lead, develop and execute service sales and cooperate with country sales organization to maximize service sales and securing best available solutions to the customers. Service portfolio in Denmark is well-established but mostly UPS-driven at the moment, developing service business by bringing new offering into the Danish markets profitably in coordinated quality-way is one of the key tasks in this role. You will also ensure growth in strategic areas e.g. in digital services and cooperate with service operations to ensure well coordinated delivery and customer satisfaction as well as lead generation from the field. You will be a member of Nordic Service Management team contributing to service development in the region.

Your key deliverables:

Service Sales Strategy

Contributes to the Danish Service Strategic Plan to ensure growth and sustained profitability in line with Eaton's overall strategic goals

Analysis of market data, trends, customer needs in order to align with the regional service sales strategy

Maintaining and building relations with important internal and external stakeholders, customers, local sales organization & partners

Manages sales plans by developing and assigning individual or team targets, to achieve the business goals

Analysis, reporting evaluation and development of KPI’s aligned to the Profit Plan and Strategic Plan for short, mid and long-term adjustments

Maintains Internal Reports as required by the internal organization

Keeps good customer contacts and build closer relation with key accounts in order to further develop the position in the market

Manages the Profit & Loss for Service business in Demark in his area of responsibility

Business Development

Negotiates and influence resulting in contracts and agreements

Approves commercial agreements in line with organizational procedures

Collaborates with other sales leaders within the organization to enable business opportunities

Initiates, develops and implements sales orientated customer campaigns and other marketing activities to support the Service business growth

Focus on developing and bringing new offering into the markets and winning new customers across our businesses

Enables internal collaborations resulting in synergy sales and new business

Leadership

Acting as a leading service manager in country service organization where service operations functionally report to You. Also provides leadership to few people in service sales organization

Acts as a role model in line with Eaton ethical standards of conduct and Eaton leadership value and attributes.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

Education level required: Educated at Bachelors’ degree or equivalent, preferably in Electrical Engineering or Business

Years and area of experience required: Strong experience in sales and business development for the services of at least 3-5 years, line management experience

Technical knowledge: Knowledgeable of electrical services & projects and electrical/mechanical industry

Soft skills: Ability to influence decision making of key stakeholders.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
