This role leads and partners with Human Resources, Global Business Services (GBS), system SMEs and business leaders on process, technology, and employee experience to architect, build, and improve the employee lifecycle and related requirements within the company either through internal resource or vended external resources. This role will ensure an optimized user experience is incorporated into Zimmer Biomet’s Success Factors HCM system, maximizing process and continuous improvement opportunities, ultimately delivering on our key business strategies.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Global Business Service HTR (hire to retire) organization to execute best-in-class HR Service Delivery, acting as a bridge between process and technology, with a hyper focus on the employee/HR experience.
  • Serve as a policy and process expert on the HR employee life cycle, with the ability to account for nuances based upon country specific or regulatory requirements.
  • Accountable for the end user experience across all in-scope modules in Success Factors suite: Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance and Goal Management, Compensation, and Succession and Development.
  • Ability to administer HR Technology outside of HCM such case management, document management and signature capture technology
  • Responsible for monitoring trends within the HR space and conveying those into usable data points for executive leadership review and operational execution.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills. Experience in partnering with global stakeholders inside and outside the organization required
  • Strong analytical and project management skills with significant detail orientation
  • Proven track record of effective process management and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to tolerate ambiguity, handle multiple priorities, and identify creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Demonstrated history of taking initiative, meeting commitments and creating new tools or solutions to achieve business results.
  • Strong customer-service orientation. High level of energy, personal accountability and integrity.

Education/Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business, information technology or related field and/or equivalent experience/combined education.
  • MBA or Graduate degree preferred • 7-10 years related experience required.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with global stakeholders is preferred. HCM experience required.
  • SuccessFactors Employee Central, PeopleDoc and Service Now experience preferred SPHR,SCP or PMP certification a plus.
