Enterprise SaaS Solutions Sales Executive - Brazil

Responsibilities
· Responsible for hunting and closing of opportunities to exceed monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets for software offerings based on solution selling
· Develop expert level knowledge of enterprise edge computing offerings in the areas of operational intelligence, connected worker, smart supply chain and predictive logistics, enterprise mobility, data analytics, and voice enabled workflows.
· Work in alignment and support mainstream sales team, collaborating with them to achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with PSS Software strategy through consultative software solutions sales expertise
· Analyze customers’ needs and use consultative selling skills to solve complex business problems while driving adoption for PSS software enabled solutions.
· Use data analysis, competitive intelligence, and market trends to develop, implement, and execute market penetration plans and account-based strategies to win deals.
· Structure and execute sales plans that will increase the Honeywell's revenues from products and/or services with an industry vertical approach. Experience in Retail, T&L, W&D is highly appreciated.
· Establish and own the plans and strategies aimed at growing, expanding and delighting the customer base.
· Serve as a local software business expert of PSS by maintaining customer contacts and relationships at senior levels in support of account managers and strategies.

Must Have:
Years of Enterprise SaaS Solution Sales experience (quota carrying) across all aspects of the sales cycle for a large geo/region, including solution development, negotiation, closing and opportunity expansion.
Years of proven success in sales strategy and execution for enterprise customers, preferably in Transportation & Logistics, Distribution & Warehousing and Retail segments. Using an entrepreneurial approach to build recurring revenues and leading end-to-end engagements with target accounts.
Strong technical acumen with a passion for leading technical solutions sales, while leveraging software to solve complex problems and create business value for Operations, IT and Finance decision makers at target organizations.
Effective communication skills – ability to influence C-level while interacting at all levels

Languages & Education
Fluent English and Spanish will be a plus

Completed Bachelor's degree  

Desirable:
Deep understanding of relevant technologies: Unified Communications (UCaaS/PCaaS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Asset Intelligence, Smart Supply Chain, Managed Mobility Services (MMS), Mobile Device Management (MDM), Automated logistics (firs-mile/middle mile/last mile delivery solutions) Workflow Optimization Productivity Software, IoT, Edge Computing and Data Analytics and AI/ML.
