Join us for a new program for Graduate Nurses! Within STAT (System Travel Agility Team), you will have the unique opportunity to be exposed to multiple campuses and experiences. This program would provide you with expanded clinical knowledge in a variety of hospital areas while having the flexibility to meet the demands of your personal life.

You would be responsible for providing coverage and patient care at all MLH hospitals within your specialty: 

  • Lankenau Medical Center (Level II Trauma Center, 331 beds) -- Wynnewood, PA
  • Bryn Mawr Hospital (319 beds) -- Bryn Mawr, PA
  • Paoli Hospital (Level II Trauma Center, 226 beds) -- Paoli, PA
  • Riddle Hospital (204 beds) -- Media, PA
  • Bryn Mawr Rehab (148 beds) – Malvern, PA
  • Mirmont Treatment Center – Media, PA

This program is designed as a year-long program to help ease the transition to practice for the new graduate nurse in their first professional role. Emphasis is given to nursing leadership behaviors, nurse driven outcomes and professional development. The curriculum is designed to enhance the graduates' critical thinking skills and their ability to use outcome data to promote patient safety.

Through the residency program, new graduates can transition to their profession and gain valuable full-time experiences in most clinical specialties. These full-time positions offer a comprehensive benefits package, competitive pay and shift differential. Main Line Health offers all new graduates a precepted orientation which is based on the clinical specialty and the individual learning needs of the new graduate. On-going supervised training and educational opportunities are provided to the staff during this transition and after orientation.

These letters must be from clinical instructors.  We do not have a specific form for your instructors to use (if your school does have a standard form, that is acceptable). If need be, letters can be addressed to Katie Kealey, Senior Recruiter, and can either be submitted along with your initial application or emailed before your interview.   If your instructor prefers to submit it directly please have it emailed to Stacey Brennan at BrennanSt@mlhs.org. These recommendations are in addition to employment references which will be done if you are selected for an interview.

To qualify, you must be a recent BSN graduate with or less than 6 months of nursing experience.
