**Description:** Engineering Aide to Process Engineering support operations in the ABU manufacturing assembly area\. Candidate will support development and maintenance of process documentation related to soldering, cleaning, circuit isolation and repair\. Must have the ability to interpret Hardware assembly drawings and perform various Manufacturing processes associated with electronic assembly build and rework\. Candidate must be familiar with IPC standards associated with electric assemblies, and Solder Certifications are a plus\. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and process problems as they arise on the manufacturing floor along with implementing continuous improvement activities with existing processes\. Individual will be required to collaborate with process engineering, manufacturing engineering, quality engineering and manufacturing personnel\. Providing training and coaching to manufacturing personnel to create and further develop their skillset\.

**Basic Qualifications:**

• IPC\-A\-610 knowledge/Certification in electrical and mechanical assemblies

• Experienced in Hand soldering, rework, cleaning, circuit isolation and PWB repair\.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings\.

• Ability to provide quick turnarounds on technical assistance requests to the manufacturing floor\.

**Desired Skills:**

• Previous circuit card assembly experience desired\.

• Able to understand manufacturing process documentation\.

• Experience working in team environment and SAP utilization\.

• Understanding of 6S principles\.

• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, EPDM
