We offer you the opportunity to be the part of the globally distributed team that owns and manages the production operations of large and technologically diverse Data Protection & Application Security systems/platforms. This is a hands-on Production Support role, in which you implement strict adherence to ITIL support processes (Incident / Problem / Change / Release Management). You assist in rolling out standard methodologies, legal requirements, vendor/contractor controls and align with CS guidelines and policies. You actively bring in innovative ideas to improve and automate existing process. You will have the chance to work directly with internal global users and system owners as well as Dev Teams, BAs, PMs, Platform and QA teams. *Your future colleagues* You will be the part of Enterprise & Security Services (ESS) bringing services that are currently spread across the organization to provide security services across all functions. This function collaborates closely with IT Risk to support the Bank in protecting, detecting and thwarting any security threats, handling compliance regulation and preventing data breaches. Our Data Protection and Application Security (DPAS) organization within ESS is responsible for the design and delivery of the key technical capabilities, products and services related to information security. This includes Public Key Infrastructure, Data Leakage Prevention, Information Rights Management, Application Security, Authentication and Federation. With around 100 people across the UK, Switzerland, Poland and India, the team has an excellent human capital agenda, with key focus on driving all round employee development via focused trainings and generating avenues for professional and personal growth. We are looking for applicant who possess a Graduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related subject; alternatively an equivalent education in one of these topics * Any of industry recognized engineering and security certifications will be an advantage: CISSP, CISA, CCSP, ISO27001, MCSE, RHCE, CCNE, CCSE, CompTIA * Proven track record of recent three years in a comparable role * Overall knowledge on security concepts (data security & application security) * Experience with several of the following security capabilities: Symantec DLP, McAfee DLP, RSA Archer, Hardware Security Modules, Web Proxies, CASB, Single Sign On/Federation, Web Application Security, Online DLP, MCAS, Right Management Services or Azure Information Protection and mail transfer (Exchange, Office365, SendMail) and network technologies (proxy, firewall, VPN, etc.) * Good Interpersonal skills with experience of working with global teams * Good organization of work, attention to details and ability to work independently * Ability to communicate optimally at all levels. * Dedicated problem solver with a positive personality and can-do demeanor * Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives **Job:** **Operations* **Title:** *Security Support Engineer #187594* **Location:** *NC-Raleigh* **Requisition ID:** *187594*
