Join a team that applies its technical expertise and knowledge to ensure products that are produced with high quality and efficiency. You will be a technical expert with responsibility for product and process application. You will ensure product integrity manufacturing output and continuous improvements working with factory operations.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Provide test and manufacturing support for RLG and MEMS based inertial measurement units.
  • Perform yield and performance data analysis to monitor process capability and product health trends.
  • Utilize CAMP, Lean, and Six-Sigma methodologies to govern engineering standard work practices.
  • Develop improvements in product design and in the manufacturing and assembly processes for cost and cycle time reductions.
  • Provide test equipment support and monitor preventative maintenance plans to maintain factory capacity and efficient product flow.
  • Facilitate a self-driven work force culture to achieve RTY, BIQ, COPQ, and other SQDIC goals.



  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related technical field


  • Hands on work ethic
