Position Description
Sparta Systems has been recently acquired by Honeywell. Honeywell is a Fortune 100 company with expertise in Life Sciences. The combination of Sparta Systems and Honeywell brings together Sparta Systems’ quality management leadership with over 100 years of software and industrial expertise from Honeywell.

As a QMS Implementation Consultant (Delivery Consultant), you will support all phases of product implementation. This includes analyzing and documenting customer business requirements and configuring and installing software at client sites. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a new team working with premier accounts. This position will interact with various levels of management and will have great visibility both internally and externally.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • 3+ years of proven experience in an analytical or business/quality systems environment.
  • 3 + years of experience directly solving problems in or interacting with Professional Services, Product Management, Customer Support, SW Developers (R&D) or Project Management using tools, procedures and programming languages.
  • 2 + years of project lead experience

WE VALUE

  •  Bachelor's Degree 
  • 3+ years of Salesforce and/or Java (from an admin perspective)
  • Ability to write user stories and using Agile Accelerator.
  • Excellent analytical, logical, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Agile process, scrum master certification (CSM) a plus 
  • Experience with implementing SAP, Siebel, Documentum, or LiveLink is a plus.
  • Experience with any database management system (DBMS) such as Oracle and/or MS SQL Server is also a plus.
  • Experience with other tracking software systems, document management systems or other quality management software tools (i.e. ERP, MES, EDMS and QMS).
  • Familiarity with MS Office Outlook, Word, Visio and Excel
