Our facility in Littleton, CO has an immediate opportunity for an **early to mid\-career level** Project Management & Planning Operations Representative to join our mission supporting the new Lockheed Martin Space Engineering Planning organization\.

**Summary of Key Duties: In this role you will…\.**

• Drive team execution and manage key interdependencies between geographically dispersed teams

• Be responsible for cost and schedule integrity and will assist IPT leads in mitigating technical, cost, and schedule issues as they arise

• Support and participate in program management reviews and customer meetings for one of the program’s key subsystems

• Utilize Microsoft Project schedules to proactively promote communication across multiple functions through daily coordination meetings allows for integration of schedules at various levels\.

**Basic Qualifications:**

• 5\-8 years of previous project planning experience

• Proven ability in utilizing MS Project \(or other comparable project scheduling tool\) and MS Excel for scheduling and analysis

• Proven experience managing scope, cost, and schedule

• Working knowledge of Earned Value Management

• Basic understanding of engineering and facilities work\-flows

• Must be a United States citizen and be able to obtain a DOD Secret clearance

**Desired Skills:**

• Active Secret security clearance

• Strong experience with MS Project highly preferred

• Experienced in industrial, aerospace, or manufacturing engineering

• Firm Understanding of Earned Value and software tools to support Earned Value

• Firm understanding of Microsoft Project and Project Server integration

• Experience managing detailed Integrated Master Schedules and/or supporting supplemental schedules

• Self\-Starter and motivated to contribute to process improvements

• Knowledge of Labor Analysis

• CAM experience

• Schedule Risk Analysis and Corrective Action experience and mindset

• Ability to manage multiple projects within given scope and deadlines
