Role will support the Radiant Mercury and TMAN programs within the Rotary and Mission Systems Business Unit\. Candidates will need to have a secret clearance with ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance level\. As a result of the clearance requirements, candidates need to be able to succeed with minimal supervision and direction\. Candidates should possess ability to proactively lead tactical and strategic aspects of the contracting process from RFP crafting to contract closeout, and will be required to demonstrate the ability to:

\- negotiate, coordinate, extend, terminate, and renegotiate standard and nonstandard contracts;

\- evaluate contract performance to resolve necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations;

\- maintain communications to ensure timely contract execution by the parties;

\- ensure final contract documents are consistent with agreements reached at negotiation; and

\- may plan and participate in training of contract practices and negotiations to company personnel\.

This role is not open to virtual or remote support\. Occasional remote work options will be driven by program/business needs\.

**Basic Qualifications:**

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related subject area, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree\. Considered an emerging authority\.

Candidates will need to have a secret clearance with ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance level\.
