Job Description
Implementation Managers are responsible for onboarding new and/or existing clients joining CVS Caremark. Caremark is a PBM (Pharmacy Benefits Management Company) responsible for managing Employers and/or Health Plan prescription benefit plans. As an Implementation Manager you have end-to-end accountability for the overall implementation project. The role can be client facing and requires someone who can drive project teams to specific milestones, while effectively collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver high quality and predictable outcomes.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead client implementation projects, duration of projects ranging from 30-120+ days (role may vary based on LOB)
o Act as lead client facing manager driving the implementation as the main point of contact for internal partners and the client/vendors
o Act as a support resource to Senior Implementations Managers on larger implementations projects
o Act as a Function Area Manager supporting implementations in a “team” model approach
• Partner with internal cross-functional areas such as Sales, Eligibility and Benefits to ensure all client requirements are met and supported
• Develop the implementation project plan and tracking progress relative to the plan through weekly update calls and action log maintenance
• Act as a support resource to Senior Implementations Managers on larger implementations projects
• Conduct “lessons learned” and feedback meetings post-implementation to improve processes for the future
• Travel requirement of up to 25%

Required Qualifications
1 + years experience in Project Management
Microsoft Office experience
