In this role, team members manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure; install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools, while ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability. You will also maintain security back-up, and redundancy strategies; in addition to writing and maintaining custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Participating in the design of information and operational support systems.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for Systems and liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution. •Understands compliance and risk management requirements for supported system area.
- May assign tasks and/or project resources; provides work direction and monitors work progress and adherence to technical process controls/standards.
