The Sr. Analyst of Credit Services position is responsible for developing and executing a variety of training and communications to support Home Depot's Private Label Credit Program. This role works closely with both internal partners (Store Operations, Pro, Learning, Home Services, etc.) and external partners (Citibank, creative agencies, print vendors, etc.). It provides the opportunity to leverage a variety of skill sets from creating new and innovative initiatives that drive sales to analyzing data, writing communications, and delivering training.


  • Support store and service provider facing training initiatives
  • Support credit signage activities (marketing, pilots, draft met projects, etc.)
  • Provide store associate issue resolution (Warehouse, etc.)
  • Support store/services communications initiatives (myCreditToolbox posting, draft priority communications, etc.)

This position typically reports to Senior Manager Credit Services or Manager Credit Services
This position has no Direct Reports.


Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.


Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Additional Minimum Qualifications:

Education Required:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

Years of Relevant Work Experience: 
3 years

Physical Requirements:

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Preferred Qualifications:

Operations and/or financial services experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

  • Very strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Sound decision-making skills. 
  • Track record of successfully managing multiple, simultaneous projects. 
  • Demonstrated excellence at project management for small-to-medium projects. 
  • A strong grasp of Project Management skills and requirements gathering. 
  • Able to strategically analyze business problems and opportunities. Exhibited ability to work independently.
